• Pipe Creek Christmas Tree Farm - Christmas trees-you choose and you cut, wreaths, hay rides on weekends, tree stands with automatic watering
  805 Phil's Road, Pipe Creek, TX 78063. Phone: 830-510-6006. Email: [email protected]. Open: day after Thanksgiving 11 am to dusk (6:15) daily. Directions: From San Antonio take Bandera Road (State Hwy 16) to Pipe Creek. Continue toward Bandera .6 mile to Phil's Road Follow sign .5 mile to farm. From Boerne take State Hwy 46 W to Pipe Creek. Eldarica pine 5-10'. Pre-cut Fraser fir 6-10' kept in water and shade. Hayrides (FREE) on weekends (weather permitting). Bring your camera and take pictures of family and friends with the cut out of Santa and Mrs. Santa Claus with the children's faces as ornaments. We furnish saws and measuring poles. After you cut your tree, we shake the loose needles from the tree, wrap the tree in netting, and furnish cord to tie your farm grown tree onto your vehicle. Anyone needing assistance to cut a tree or bring it in from the field to the processing area, ask an attendant for help. If you have a tree stand that requires a hole bored in the base of the tree to accomodate the spike, no problem! We will be glad to drill the hole with our drilling machine. Fresh fragrant wreaths and tree stands with large water reservoirs and a remote watering system is available.

  A visitor writes on December 13, 2020: "Hello - Wanted to get you an update about the St. Nick's Christmas Tree Farm in Gillespie County/San Antonio, Tx area. Their FB said that they closed due to their kids growing up and it becoming harder to maintain/their focus shifting to retiring and being grandparents.   Comments from a visitor on October 24, 2009: "We visited on 10/24 and had a great time. Our kids are 1 & 2 years old, and there was so much to keep them occupied. We were also very happy that we weren't nickel and dimed to death. The $8 admission was so reasonable for everything the kids had to do, and the only extra was face painting (worth the extra $3); food and pumpkins. The food was very good, and I was able to feed my family of 4 for $20. The pumpkin prices were also reasonable. This farm family is providing fun that people can afford and I really appreciate that. I would recommend this farm for anyone with little kids. "
  A visitor writes: "They have some goats, llamas, etc that you can purchase food to feed. They have a playground for kids. They take you to the orchard via hayride. They have pumpkins and other activities including a hay maze in the fall. They are very kid friendly and a lot of fun to go to, and about the same distance as Fredericksburg."
